U.S. Visa Information

For those traveling to the United States, please visit the sites http://www.unitedstatesvisas.gov & http://travel.state.gov for information about obtaining a visa. Both sites have links to websites for U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide with very helpful information about procedures, timelines, communities served, required documentation, and fees.

International registrants should be particularly aware and careful about visa requirements, and should plan travel well in advance. Obtaining a US visa may take several weeks. The participants who need to apply for a US visa should begin the visa application process as soon as possible. This could be very lengthy process that will take long time. DO NOT wait.

All visa inquiries must be handled by CTS Registration Chairs. Please send your request for a letter in support of a visa application to Lindsey McIntire at Lindsey.McIntire@wpafb.af.mil and Andy McKinley at mckinley.3@wright.edu. Include your name, mailing address, and fax number, as well as the name of the workshop/special session you are attending. (Authors of papers/posters/presentations should also include the title).
