Accommodations:

We have arranged for a block of rooms at the Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (PA), USA. These rooms have been blocked to give attendees a special conference rate between May 20, 2011 and May 30, 2010. The special nightly conference rate is $136.00 per room (single and double occupancy). Guest room rate will be available 3 days prior and post conference based on availability.

Rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are 15.2%) per day.

All guests will be responsible to make their own hotel registration, reservation and payments, and make these arrangements directly with the Hotel. Attendees are responsible for all charges associated with their respective room reservations.

To qualify for the special CTS2011 rates, you must make reservations directly with the Hotel by Monday, May 2, 2011, by 5:00 PM Eastern Time. The block will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis until it is full. All reservations must be guaranteed before this cut-off date. Requests after this date will be taken on a space available basis at the prevailing rack rate.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel by 6:00 PM Eastern Time on the day of arrival for no penalty. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.

Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 Noon.

Airport Shuttle: Lady Liberty Transportation Service provides transportation to and from the conference hotel and Philadelphia International Airport at a charge of $10.00 per person. Transportation is provided at the baggage claim area of each terminal at zone 8. Individual reservations may be made by calling 215-724-8888. Hotel Parking Rates: Covered Self-Parking is available for overnight guests at the rate of $7.00 per day and will be charged to individual guest bills.

Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 4. Take State Route 73 North to Interstate 295 South. Take the Walt Whitman Bridge to I-76 West and then take the 30th Street Station Exit #345.
